When a job seeker clicks “apply” on your posting, they are guided through a structured process where they see complete information about your company and the role. Once they submit their application, you receive all the candidate data aligned with your job requirements, no blind applies.
JobGenics is an online job board where employers place the job advertisements and job seekers search and apply to the available jobs using the filters (Keywords, location, job type, and industry). You can even post your CV or resume to apply immediately on the site.
Jobs search and application are free to the job seeker. It is common to attach a charge to employers when posting job opening.
Register by entering your email, a password, and some personal particulars. After registering, go to your profile area to upload your resume to simplify your applications.
Refine results by keyword search e.g. software engineer, marketing filter by full-time, part-time or remote; post by location e.g. city, region or community; and industry. Save searches and set up alerts for the relevant opportunities.
Yes! Through JobGenics most of the jobs can be applied directly. To apply please click the Apply Now button, complete the required fields and submit your CV. Certain recruitment notices will direct you to the applicant page of the employer.
Employers can create an account and select a job posting package, complete job title, description, requirements, and select the duration. After payment is done, then your job will become visible to job seeker.
Yes–basic listings will normally be visible in search results, whereas premium listings (e.g…..)”Featured” or….”Sponsored”) will have higher visibility, with such listings at the top or highlighted in search results.
Do you share CVs with other people? The approach taken by JobGenics is to have the applicants offer his or her CV directly to it. Your personal information (including all resumes) is only saved in your personal account and cannot be shared with a third party, thus confidentiality is guaranteed.
Not at all. The interface will be user-friendly and will have simple to navigate forms to post jobs and manage the listings as well as reviewing applicants. There are no web development or coding skills required
Once you have signed in, you will be able to edit job lists, extend their posting period or cancel planned postings in your dashboard. There is also application tracking and performance metrics to see how each listing is performing.
